I can definitely purchase an Apple Hardware, but to save me the headache of troubleshooting, I would still want to set-up a virtualized Mac OS-X Server on one of the 3 Hyper-V host that I have as I have management, backup, monitoring tools all built-into these hosts. I need to have an Apple hardware to run the Virtualized Mac OS.
I am running a few machines, and every critical services are virtualized with Hyper-V (Microsoft). There is an AD running, and the Windows part is taken care of. I am just wondering, a client of mine has a mixed Windows and Mac OS-X environment, and I'd like to run local Windows Update and Mac OS-X update server inhouse to reduce the overall requirement of bandwidth to run updates.
